Guidelines for asking for a quote

I would be glad to give you a free quote for a project via e-mail.

When sending a quote request, please mention at least the following details so I can give you an accurate cost estimate:

• Requested service (translation, proofreading, editing, authoring, etc.)
• Source language
• Target language
• Number of pages/characters
• Source format (file format, media)
• Desired delivery format (file format, media)
• Desired delivery date
• Subject field

You can also send the text as an e-mail attachment for cost evaluation. The material will be treated with confidentiality.
